Under the Alien Enemy Control Program one camp on the high plains included the incarceration of 1,800 Japanese, 1,500 Germans, as well as smaller numbers of Italians and other Europeans at Fort Lincoln during the war years. These days it is any one that looks like they have middle east ancestry. Next year? Well who knows.
