The Oceanside stockbroker took one step closer to victory Thursday when the Senate unanimously passed legislation that protects spouses who have been violently sexually abused.
Harris is seeking to add yet another man hating law to those already on the books. Along with Sen. Christine Kehoe, D-San Diego, pushed Assembly Bill 1522 “through the California senate and house Assemblywoman Toni Atkins, D-San Diego, and Assemblyman Martin Garrick, R-Solana Beach, are co-authors of the misandry legislation.
Existing law prohibits benefits, such as alimony and pensions, to spouses convicted of soliciting or attempting to murder their spouse. The bill adds non-consensual sex to the list of offenses that disqualify men from payments.
The measure has also been aggressively pushed by San Diego County District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis.
If this is signed into law all men should divorce their wives immediately. Buddy, you have no idea how much your wife hates you.
