Fast-food restaurant surveillance video obtained by the TV station (bit.ly/NVptHP ) showed officers taking Michelle Jordan to the ground. After Michelle is handcuffed and walked to a police car, the 5-foot-4 woman is swung by the handcuffed arms behind her back and flung to the hot pavement and one officer is seen writhing on top of her. An onlooker is within a few feet of this event as it takes place and verifies the dry humping was UN-warranted.
The high five between the LAPD officers may have been necessary to transfer the bounty from the booty so they both could scratch and sniff the rest of the day.
Oh, some so called person in charge says that there will be action taken. BULLSHIT!
