Pope’s astronomer prepares for UFO disclosure by both recognizing that others exist and dismissing God’s “intelligent design” of man.
Guy Consolmagno, one of the pope’s astronomers, said “Any entity – no matter how many tentacles it has – has a soul.” and that he would baptize an alien “Only if they asked.” and that “he would be ‘delighted’ if intelligent life was found among the stars.”
“Aliens might have souls and could choose to be baptized if humans ever met them”, Consolmagno has said. He also dismissed intelligent design as “bad theology” that had been “hijacked” by American creationist fundamentalists.
Of course the Supreme Pundit must question if the aliens are only hermaphrodite homosexuals that only breed with their children and then only in public how is the church going to handle all that ruckus in the pews? I suppose that the church would have to “convert” them and show them the error of their ways……
