New York Judge rules 6-year-old can be sued | Oddly Enough | Reuters

Yes you read that right.  Not only her family can be sued but this little girl can she be sued for riding her bike into an old lady when the little girl was ONLY FOUR YEARS OLD.  So the real question is when can a 6-year-old sue a school for a hostile learning environment?

That is the lawsuit I want to see.  The teacher talks down to me, the other kids give me dirty looks, my property is not properly protected, … the list can go on forever.

Then there is that famous line from Shakespeare where As Dick utters the famous words:

“first thing we do, let’s kill all the lawyers,”

he was referring to ways that the rebellion might be successful.  They recognized that to succeed, they must get rid of those who knew and enforced a system of laws.  They did not want any learned and informed opposition to the rebellion they had planned against the government.

Hmmmm…….

I interpret this to mean not just the lawyers but all the judges and officers of the court.  I wonder if in their day they also had a judiciary and government that was so criminal in it’s actions that they recognized that it needed to be repelled against?

Oh is that not what the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States of America do?
